Correspondence is between Sayyid ʻAbd Allah Shaykh al-Islami (Amjad al-Vizarah) and his wife, ʻAziz al-Muluk, daughter of Rukhsarah Khanum and Mirza Hasan Shaykh al-Islam. One of the letters from ʻAziz al-Muluk is written in the handwriting of Ashraf al-Saltanah because of an eye ailment.

Muhammad Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma’iyan, the brother of ‘Abbas Mirza Salar Lashkar, writes to his sister-in-law, Zahra Sultan ‘Izzat al-Saltanah, from Berlin on behalf of ‘Abbas Mirza. He talks about ‘Abbas Mirza's condition, his treatment, his weakness, and his need to rest. He then responds to some of ‘Izzat al-Saltanah's questions regarding the horses, dog, and some of the people who work for them. ‘Abbas Mirza has added a note asking ‘Izzat al-Saltanah to send his regards to Salar Muhtasham.

Concerning the deeds of Salar al-Dawlah in Kirmanshah including appointing Pasha Khan as the Governor of Hamadan and Baqir Khan Kakavand as the governor of Kangavar, Khazal, and Asadabad. The author mentions that Salar al-Dawlah, accompanied by one thousand soldiers, went to Kangavar and Hamadan, and the residents of Kangavar ran to the Imamzadah out of fear. The author sent his household to Malayir.

Regarding a claim by Sakinah Khanum, wife of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali from Sabzivar, against Afrasiyab Khan (Alexander), son of Comte de Monte Fort, over two white horses. She presents an affidavit and a settlement in which her daughter, Kawkab Khanum, has transferred ownership of the two horses to her along with their accessories and a carriage. Haji Riza Gari-chi (coachman) from Shiraz, son of Rustam Khan, had transferred the mentioned items to his wife, Kawkab Khanum, for her mahr of one hundred fifty tumans.
